Repairs and rethreading

New Repair Schedule - 15.07.25

 

Due to the volume of repairs we receive, we are changing the way we take them in from the 5^th of August 2025

 

We will accept repairs on any day that we are open, but we will only be able to discuss the details with you in person on Fridays, or Saturday mornings.

 

If you bring your repairs to us outside of these times, we will take them in along with your contact details and we will contact you to discuss the details at a later date.

 

This will allow us to process your repairs in a timely fashion and will streamline the process for us too.

You will receive a quote in 1-2 weeks, and your repair will be completed 3-5 weeks after the acceptance of the quote. Knottings may take longer.

For a fraction of the cost of replacing your jewellery we can remake  your accessories and ensure your favourite pieces can be worn once more. Our extensive range of beads and findings means we can often replace missing components, or we can switch cheaper nickel based hooks and clasps for longer lasting sterling silver or gold fill or gold. We can even help you re-design some of your old pieces!
