Shipping policy
New Zealand Nationwide shipping:
Rowena Watson Jewellers uses NZPost to deliver our products to our customers. We offer delivery services nationwide, and aim to have your order dispatched within 3 working days. (If you have ordered a ring that is being resized, it will be dispatched once that has been completed, which will be within 14 days) Courier packages are only collected Tuesday to Friday. This means that any items ordered on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday will be sent out from Tuesday. This may also be the case for orders placed on Fridays.
If you need an order sent urgently, please contact us right away and if possible we will do our best to dispatch your order sooner.
NZPost's 'target delivery time' is on week days overnight by 9am to a Business City Address or, overnight by 5pm to a City Residential Address. We also offer Rural Delivery, for this you should expect the product to take 3-5 working days before it arrives.
Your order will be fully trackable and in a courier bag. A signature is required upon delivery so please ensure that someone will be available at the address to sign for the package. If not, a "Card to Call" will be left by NZPost at the address for collection of the package. If your package has not arrived within 7 working days, please contact us and from there we will track the item and keep an eye on its location.
You must notify us or NZPost within 21 days of your package being dispatched if it does not arrive. If your package does arrive but the contents have been damaged by the courier, you must notify NZPost within 7 days of the date you received it.
International Shipping:
It is the responsibility of the person purchasing to be aware of the Sales and Duty Tax regulations for the country where their purchase is being delivered. As each country has different regulations Rowena Watson Jewellers is not responsible for any payments for Sales and Duty Tax, which the parcel may incur upon arrival.
Please note: Rowena Watson Jewellers is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of your product/s. The delivery times for shipping are average expected times. This does not include delays such as weather, courier breakdowns or busy holiday seasons such as Christmas.
